Founded in 1993, Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) is one of China’s five futures exchanges established upon the approval of the State Council and supervised by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Through 29 years of smooth operation and steady development and with its aim to serve the real economy, DCE has become a major center for futures trading in China, ranking 9 in the world in terms of trading volume in 2021. It is also an important futures market for agricultural products, plastics, coal and iron ore. 　　I. Basic requirements

　　1. Have good political quality; uphold the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China, the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system.

　　2. Have passion for futures regulation career, strong sense of enterprise and responsibility, cooperation and team spirit, and be physically and mentally healthy, honest and trustworthy, with no records of illegal conducts.

　　3. Be 35 years old or below (this requirement can be relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates); be 30 years old or below for recent graduates.

　　4. Have an advanced degree conferred by renowned universities/colleges at home or abroad. Recent graduates from domestic colleges and universities should obtain certificates of graduation and degree before July 31, 2023; candidates who have studied abroad should obtain the overseas education and degree accreditation from the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.

　　5. Be excellent in terms of learning and researching, logical thinking, official document writing, communication and expression, and execution; have CET-6 or above certificate (or other English certificates with equivalent level), and be capable of using English as a working language.

　　6. Follow the nepotism restriction provisions of CSRC and DCE.

　　II. Job opportunities

　　Recent graduates can also apply for the following positions.

　　(1) Finance, Economics and Management  Register now

　　Requirements:

• Finance, economics, management (human resource management, business management), science and engineering and other majors related to products listed on DCE; have excellent data analysis, project research, writing,  communication and coordination skills; candidates with CFA, FRM or practitioner qualifications of securities, funds and futures are preferred;
• In addition to the above requirements, candidates who are not recent graduates shall also meet at least one of the following requirements: be familiar with the spot market of imported soybean, petrochemicals, iron ore and other commodities; be familiar with the import and export policies and regulations, business processes of the above commodities, or have relevant work experience; work experience in booking business of North America shipping line for ocean container shipping; experience in data governance research or application; experience in human resource management in the financial industry or large enterprises.

　　(2) Information Technology  Register now

　　Requirements:

• Computer related majors;
• Candidates who are familiar with any of the following fields are preferred: application system management, LINUX operating system, network security, cloud computing related technology, IT infrastructure planning, technical solution design, project management, etc.; candidates with work experience in well-known IT companies and financial technology companies are preferred.

　　 (3) Legal   Register now

　　Requirements:

• International economic law, international private law, civil and commercial law, economic law and other law-related majors; be familiar with domestic and foreign laws and regulations in the financial and commercial sectors; have legal professional qualification; candidates with experience in research on securities and futures law or experience in legal research and practice in well-known financial institutions are preferred.
