1.Main content and applicable scope 

1.1 The standard herein (the "Standard") stipulates the quality specifications for ethenylbenzene delivered at DCE.

1.2 The Standard applies to standard products delivered under the ethenylbenzene futures contract of DCE.

2.Cited rules and standards

The provisions of the following documents are incorporated as the provisions of the Standard by citation. For those cited documents noted with dates, all of their following amendments (excluding corrections) and revised versions shall not be applied to the Standard; for those without noted dates, their latest versions shall be applied to the Standard.

3.Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions herein shall be subject to the stipulations of the terms and definitions under GB/T 3915 and its cited rules.

4.Technical requirements

5. Testing methods and inspection rules

5.1 Sampling requirements shall be subject to the rules of GB/T 6678 and GB/T 6680.

5.2 Inspection of the quality specifications stipulated in Item 1-8 of Table 1 shall be subject to the rules of GB/T 3915, and inspection of the quality specification stipulated in Item 9 of Table 1 shall be subject to the rules of SH/T 0689-2000.

6. Storage

Ethenylbenzene shall be stored in refrigerated warehouse to prevent polymerization or deterioration.

7. Additional note

The Standard shall be subject to the interpretation of DCE.
