I. Assistance Objects
National law enforcement bodies such as public security, justice departments and courts

II. Assistance Department
The Exchange’s legal department is responsible for offering law enforcement assistance.

III. Assistance Content
The exchange shall assist national law enforcement departments to carry out forceful decisions in accordance with national laws, regulations and the Exchange’s regulations.

IV. Assistance Scope
Assist national law enforcement and administration bodies to carry out forceful decisions such as freezing of membership.

V. Certificates Required
Executors shall have official documents, instruction letters and work permits when carrying out law enforcement.

VI. Time Frame
Time for law enforcement assistance shall be 1 to 3 working days and legal documents such as receipts shall be issued on the 4th working day after the assistance is accepted, and the time may be extended for cases with heavy work load and complex formalities.

I. Inquiry Objects
Objects of exchange’s inquiry services include member units, clients, administrative law enforcement bodies and units and individuals recognized by the Exchange.

II. Inquiry Department
The Exchange’s legal department is responsible for offering inquiry services.

III. Inquiry Content
It includes: trading record, position record, settlement record, delivery record, membership application and retreat record, and client trading code registration record.

IV. Inquiry Scope
Subjects such as member units and clients could only search for documents on themselves while law enforcement departments could search related documents of other entities in accordance with related laws and regulations.

V. Certificates Required
For member units, personnel applying for inquiry shall have introduction letter, work permit and official inquiry document; for clients, natural person client shall have futures brokerage contract and original copy of ID card, and legal person client shall have futures brokerage contract, introduction letter, authorization letter, work permit of employee who applies for inquiry and his/her original copy of ID card; for law enforcement departments, personnel applying for inquiry shall have introduction letter, work permit and official inquiry document.

VI. Time Frame
Time for inquiry is generally 3 working days and written documents shall be issued on the 4th working day after the inquiry application is accepted. The time may be extended for inquiries with large amount of content and that are difficult to confirm.
